{"id":210,"date":"2021-07-20T08:37:47","date_gmt":"2021-07-20T08:37:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/poum.svc.cat\/?p=210"},"modified":"2021-09-01T08:58:21","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T08:58:21","slug":"aprovacio-del-document-davanc-del-poum-de-sant-vicenc-de-castellet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/poum.svc.cat\/index.php\/2021\/07\/20\/aprovacio-del-document-davanc-del-poum-de-sant-vicenc-de-castellet\/","title":{"rendered":"APROVACI\u00d3 DEL DOCUMENT D&#8217;AVAN\u00c7 DEL POUM DE SANT VICEN\u00c7 DE CASTELLET"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El passat 30 de juny de 2021, en sessi\u00f3 ordin\u00e0ria del Ple de l\u2019Ajuntament de Sant Vicen\u00e7 de Castellet es va aprovar el document d&#8217;Avan\u00e7 del Pla d\u2019Ordenaci\u00f3 Urban\u00edstica Municipal (POUM) de Sant Vicen\u00e7 de Castellet, redactat per l&#8217;empresa Interlands, ciutat i territori SL, sota la gesti\u00f3 de la Ger\u00e8ncia de serveis d&#8217;habitatge, urbanisme i activitats de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019obre, a partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed un per\u00edode d\u2019exposici\u00f3 p\u00fablica de la documentaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Avan\u00e7 aprovada per tal que tothom interessat pugui examinar-la i realitzar les al\u00b7legacions i\/o suggeriments que consideri oportunes, per un termini de dos mesos. El c\u00f2mput de l&#8217;esmentat termini s&#8217;iniciar\u00e0 quan es produeixi la darrera publicaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tal efecte, durant el termini d\u2019exposici\u00f3 p\u00fablica, la documentaci\u00f3 es podr\u00e0 consultar f\u00edsicament al Departament de Territori i Desenvolupament de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Sant Vicen\u00e7 de Castellet (carrer de Maria Gimferrer 16, baixos), de dilluns a divendres de 9 a 13 hores.
